Meine künstlerische Praxis entfaltet sich an der Schnittstelle von Skulptur, Collage und Installation. Im Zentrum steht die Frage, wie aus Fragmenten, Überlagerungen und materiellen Begegnungen neue körperhafte Formen entstehen können. Collage verstehe ich dabei nicht nur als Technik, sondern als räumliche und materielle Denkweise – als Prozess, in dem unterschiedliche Elemente in Beziehung treten und neue Verbindungen entstehen.
Material begreife ich nicht als passives Objekt, sondern als aktiven Mitgestalter. Gips, Metall, Papier, Wachs, organische Materialien und Fundstücke begegnen sich in Zuständen des Übergangs. Sie tragen Spuren von Entstehung, Transformation und Erinnerung und bilden fragile Systeme zwischen Wachstum, Widerstand und Veränderung.
Mich interessiert die wechselseitige Beziehung zwischen Körper und Umwelt. Meine Arbeiten untersuchen, wie Identität nicht durch Abgrenzung entsteht, sondern durch Austausch, Berührung und Transformation. Das „Andere“ erscheint nicht als Gegenpol, sondern als etwas, das Formen beeinflusst und Teil von ihnen wird.
So entstehen hybride, organische Formwelten, in denen die Grenzen zwischen Menschlichem und Nicht-Menschlichem, zwischen Oberfläche und Innerem fließend werden. Meine Arbeiten verstehen sich als offene Systeme – als Zustände eines kontinuierlichen Werdens.
My artistic practice unfolds at the intersection of sculpture, collage, and installation. At its core is the question of how fragments, layers, and material encounters can give rise to new corporeal forms. I understand collage not only as a technique, but as a spatial and material way of thinking – a process in which different elements enter into relationships and create new connections.
I consider material not as a passive object, but as an active participant. Plaster, metal, paper, wax, organic materials, and found objects meet in states of transition. They carry traces of formation, transformation, and memory, creating fragile systems between growth, resistance, and change.
I am interested in the reciprocal relationship between body and environment. My works explore how identity is shaped not through separation, but through exchange, contact, and transformation. The “other” does not appear as an opposing force, but as something that influences forms and becomes part of them.
The resulting hybrid, organic worlds of forms explore fluid boundaries between the human and the non-human, between surface and interior. My works can be understood as open systems – as states within a continuous process of becoming.
